President – Stuart Baird

A lifetime Kentucky resident, Stuart was born and raised in Nicholas County, KY. Stuart has worked with county government for over 18 years. He has a passion for providing unparalleled service to all his clients. Stuart attended college at St. Catherine on a partial golf scholarship and went on to attend University of Kentucky, where he met his wife, Shae. They have three boys; Parker, Rhys and Shepard. Stuart is also actively involved in the community, specifically in the Autism community where he serves as Board Chair for FEAT of Louisville, Board Member at Carriage House Educational Services, and Board Member at Summit Academy. In his free time, Stuart enjoys golf, traveling, exercise, and spending time with his family.

Vice President – Stephen Culbertson

With 20 years of experience serving the Kentucky County Clerks, Stephen now splits that time evenly between Harp Enterprises and Software Management.  Between these two outstanding Kentucky-based companies, he’s worked very closely with the Clerks and Deputies in 108 of our 120 counties and is proud to say he’s made friends everywhere he’s gone. Providing the Clerk’s offices with rock-solid solutions they can depend on, and assisting them in their many duties is one of his primary goals. Stephen is excited and proud to be part of the Software Management team and he’s always looking for ways to serve the Clerk’s offices better.

Customer Support Manager – Gabriel Hoskins

A Kentucky native whose family hails from Lincoln County KY, Gabriel Hoskins has lived in the Louisville KY area since he was 8 years old. With more than 27 years’ experience of Customer Service in the IT industry, Gabriel brings his homegrown passion for Customer Service to the team at Software Management LLC. Away from the office, Gabriel enjoys his family, church, and church choir activities. His approach and tagline with customers and team members alike is be genuine and be kind.

Sales Director – Jackie Arnold

Born in Lexington and raised on a farm in Scott county, Jackie has lived most of his life in Kentucky, but has had stints in Memphis, Charlotte and Queens, NY, where he met his wife. Jackie has served Kentucky County Clerks as well as other Kentucky officials for over 17 years. He spent 13 years with the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives and has now been with Software Management for over 4 years. His drive is customer service/customer satisfaction and his enthusiasm and pride come from working for a company that is truly dedicated to customer service and partnering with Kentucky’s County Clerks. Jackie holds degrees in Law Enforcement, History, and Secondary Education, graduating from Queens College in Queens, NY. Married with 5 children, Jackie has no free time!

Lead Software Implementation Specialist – Lauren Catt

Lauren was born and raised in Southern Indiana, where she now resides with her handy husband and rambunctious 5 year old. Even though she is a Hoosier, most people in the office, as well as customers, have been very understanding. Ha! Lauren is passionate in her desire to help customers and loves to make people smile. She also takes great pride in working with the team at Software Management to improve our products and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved. Outside of work and caring for her family, Lauren enjoys cooking, gardening, taking care of chickens, and being outside as much as possible.

Software Implementation Specialist – Seth Logsdon

Seth was born and raised in the Louisville KY area, and now resides in Bullitt County with his wife and adventurous infant daughter. In the spirit of the Bluegrass family atmosphere at SMLLC, Seth loves helping others and exceeds at customer service. He is ever endeavoring to ease the daily work load of our friends across the state. Outside of work Seth enjoys handy-work around the house, going on walks, visiting a lake, or any wide assortment of various outdoor activities with his family.
