CCLIX+
SMLLC’s CCLIX (“CLICKS” – County Clerk Image Indexing) system has been the preferred land records solution for Kentucky Counties since its pilot launch in 1984 and official rollout in 1988. Selected by the Kentucky Department for Libraries & Archives (KDLA) after a competitive process, CCLIX continues to serve as the state’s trusted automated indexing system for local government.

eCCLIX
Building on the strength of our CCLIX platform, SMLLC introduced eCCLIX, the secure, cloud-based extension of our land records management system. eCCLIX provides 24/7 access to public records from over 80 Kentucky County offices—making it easier than ever to search, view, and print recorded documents without a trip to the courthouse. Widely used across the state, eCCLIX is trusted by attorneys, title companies, examiners, surveyors, realtors, and appraisers.

DocAlert
DocAlert is a free service provided by the County through a partnership with SMLLC. This complimentary tool is designed to help protect property owners from potential fraud related to deeds, mortgages, and other encumbrances. Once enrolled, DocAlert monitors public filings and sends timely notifications when documents are recorded in your name.

Website Management
Software Management provides its eCCLIX customers a custom website design and secure hosting services specifically built for local government offices. Our solutions focus on accessibility, security, and ease of use, helping you better serve your constituents online.
We also work directly with the Commonwealth Office of Technology (COT) to implement .gov domains, ensuring your website meets state standards for government-hosted content—we handle it all.

SMLLC’s DTAX (Delinquent Tax) application is a powerful, user-friendly system designed to manage and maintain delinquent property tax records with accuracy and efficiency.
Used by County offices across Kentucky, DTAX tracks key data, including bill number, tax year, owner information, address, secured parties, amounts owed and paid, payment dates, and a full breakdown of rates, penalties, and fees.
With its intuitive interface, DTAX simplifies the delinquent tax collection process while providing quick access to historical records—ensuring fast, reliable service for both staff and taxpayers.
Additionally, if your office utilizes this service, our team will notify the Kentucky Department of Revenue on your behalf.
SynTax
SMLLC’s SynTax (Synergy Tax) is a Local County Sheriff’s Tax Collection Software that provides a complete solution for managing the full tax collection cycle—from initial bill processing by the Sheriff’s Office to the transfer of delinquent accounts to the County Clerk.
The system streamlines tax bill generation, payment processing, and reporting, while also ensuring a smooth handoff of unpaid bills to the County Clerk’s Office for delinquent tax tracking and collection. DTAX for County Attorney offices
DTAX for County Attorney Offices is an extension of SMLLC’s DTAX platform, designed to help County Attorneys efficiently manage their responsibilities in delinquent property tax enforcement. Fully integrated with the County’s DTAX system, it enables smooth coordination on foreclosures, litigation, and tax collection activities.
