STUART BAIRD
A lifetime Kentucky resident, Stuart was born and raised in Nicholas County, KY. Stuart has worked with county government for over 18 years. He has a passion for providing unparalleled service to all his clients. Stuart attended college at St. Catherine on a partial golf scholarship and went on to attend the University of Kentucky, where he met his wife, Shae. They have three boys: Parker, Rhys, and Shepard. Stuart is also actively involved in the community, specifically in the Autism community, where he serves as Board Chair for FEAT of Louisville, Board Member at Carriage House Educational Services, and Board Member at Summit Academy. In his free time, Stuart enjoys golf, traveling, exercise, and spending time with his family.

Stephen Culbertson
With 21 years of experience serving the Kentucky Counties, Stephen now splits that time evenly between Harp Enterprises and Software Management. Between these two outstanding Kentucky-based companies, he’s worked very closely with the county offices in 108 of our 120 counties and is proud to say he’s made friends everywhere he’s gone. Providing them with rock-solid solutions they can depend on and assisting them with their many duties are among his primary goals. Stephen is excited and proud to be part of the Software Management team, and he’s always looking for ways to better serve our county offices.

Gabriel Hoskins
A Kentucky native whose family hails from Lincoln County, KY, Gabriel Hoskins has lived in the Louisville, KY area since he was 8 years old. With more than 28 years of experience in Customer Service in the IT industry, Gabriel brings his homegrown passion for Customer Service to the team at Software Management LLC. Away from the office, Gabriel enjoys his family, church, and the church choir. His approach and tagline with customers and team members alike is to be genuine and be kind.

Jackie Arnold
Born in Lexington and raised on a farm in Scott County, Jackie has lived most of his life in Kentucky, with stints in Memphis, Charlotte, and Queens, NY, where he met his wife. Jackie has served Kentucky Counties and other state officials for over 19 years. He spent 13 years with the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives and has been with Software Management for over 6 years. His motivation stems from a deep commitment to customer service and satisfaction, and his pride comes from working for a company truly dedicated to supporting and partnering with Kentucky’s Counties. He is married with five children and is an avid University of Kentucky football and basketball fan, attending as many games as possible. In his free time, Jackie enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Ryan Dichiara
Born and raised in Louisville, KY, Ryan spent 27 years in the city before moving just across the river to Jeffersonville, IN. A proud graduate of the University of Kentucky, he brings 9 years of experience in customer service and consulting to his role as Software Development Manager at Software Management LLC. He takes pride in helping teams build systems that make a real difference for customers. Ryan loves problem-solving and meeting with customers across the state, always looking for new ways to improve services and make an impact. Outside of work, Ryan is a big fan of Kentucky basketball and football, and he holds season tickets to UK football with his dad. He treasures family time and enjoys spending time with friends.

Lauren Catt
Lauren was born and raised in Southern Indiana, where she now resides with her handy husband and 7-year-old daughter. Even though she is a Hoosier, most people in the office, as well as customers, have been very understanding. Ha! Lauren is passionate about helping customers and loves making people smile. She also takes great pride in working with the team at Software Management to improve our products and ensure customer satisfaction. Outside of work and caring for her family, Lauren enjoys cooking, gardening, being outside, and spending time with her family as much as possible.

Seth Logsdon
Seth was born and raised in the Louisville, KY area, and now resides in Bullitt County with his wife and adventurous infant daughter. In the spirit of the Bluegrass family atmosphere at SMLLC, Seth loves helping others and excels at customer service. He is ever endeavoring to ease the daily work load of our friends across the state. Outside of work, Seth enjoys handy work around the house, going for walks, visiting a lake, and a wide assortment of outdoor activities with his family.
